The new tool with proper bone lengths applied from skeleton. You only need to rotate a few bones to make it into "I" position.
This is shown on video: https://youtu.be/6Gq0rtpjEY0

Tool usage: command line with 2 parameters:

Silenthill.exe <ilm file> <anm file>

The new tool again, which will export animations too.

Tool usage: command line with 2 parameters:
Silenthill.exe <ilm file> <anm file>

Some reason it doesn't work. I get an error no matter what files I use, even the ones in your tutorial. Some nonsense about "Unable to read beyond the end of the stream."

They're from the PSX version, European release.

These files are all broken. No information inside, just garbage.

Can you tell me how to extract non-broken files? I can't find a way to do so...

EDIT: Never mind, I figured out how, but now my problem is the SMD files, which, since I use 3DSmax, aren't going to be much help unless they're converted. For some reason though, noesis cannot convert the animation files properly. Is there a way to get these into 3DSmax effectively? I've tried Wall Worm, but for whatever reason it won't import geometry for a rigged mesh.
