Wallpaper Engine .tex files

I have no idea about these files. Just extracted them (from this post viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5006)
It needs to convert to any viewable format. So I need your help

I have reverse engineered this file format in last 2 days, and wrote .pkg/.tex extractor.
