Sorry to bump a year+ old thread, but looks like Razor Scooter was built on the same engine as Shaba's earlier game Grind Session but the tool doesn't work with Grind Session's SLIP.GRV: https://mega.nz/#!BcFTxaKK!uMZivWCUAo3R ... 4jnwCJUbNM

(That may be because the bms is built for a Dreamcast game though, Grind Session was PSX only)

Interesting sub note: apparently the first game Shaba worked on was going to be named "Slip Groove", which explains the file name here.
