Any one of you knows which program opens and edits a

Thanks.

The tool is here:
https://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?p=113486#p113486 id-daemon is an user of zenhax so, if the tool doesn't work, I'm sure he will be able to provide more info or an updated link.
P.S.: would have been nice if you didn't provide a link that require an account to download the file, it's for your benefit, because people (included me) will just ignore your topic if it's not possible to download a file.

Latest tool version. Supports both Codemasters ADPCM & m-law in all files I had. Tested with Dirt 2, Dirt 3, F1 2014. p.s. As many modern games, F1 2017 is using BDL files with plain 16-bit PCM audio. So no tools needed to decode them.

Most audio extractors can not open and edit files. It is special.

I repeat. It's not special. It contains plain 16-bit PCM audio. I don't have time to explain how to open PCM audio, this is VERY SIMPLE THING.

This program - Audacity and the like, can not open this file format at all. So if it was so easy, I would not ask you.

This is an unnecessary dispute. I just asked you which audio program is seamlessly opening a BDL file format!!

And I answered that almost ANY audio program can do that. I even gave you examples: audition and sound forge. Audacity can also open that! What the hell else do you need?
