I extract batman the enemy within ttarch2 but ttg tools is not exporting .langdb files I need help please

Does LANGDB files have headers?

sometime, ttarchex.exe extract files without header, i fixed my ttg tool to minecraft season 2 (d3dtx) becuse ttg tool can not support header of this file... give me a sample, maybe i can fix the header with hex editor (i translated walking dead season 3 with old ttg tool. i fix those header to work on old ttg tool)
