I can’t find anything that can convert these files. It doesn’t work with towav, and here’s what it gives me when I put it in ealayer3 with the -v (verbose) setting:
L: single block loader incorrect because of compression
L: header B loader incorrect because of block type
L: headerless loader incorrect because of flags
The input is not in a readable file format.
If I use -i 32, it gives me these in addition to the ones above.
P: EAL3 ver. 6 and 7 incorrect with exception: Ver. 6 and 7 header: invalid uncompressed samples offset.
P: EAL3 ver. 5 incorrect with exception: The number of uncompressed samples exceeds the amount of data left.
The EALayer3 parser could not be initialized (the bitstream format is not readable).
I also can’t use ea_multi_xma since it’s from PS3.

I have the answer. Use VGMstream on either foobar2000 or Winamp.
