FAST: Racing League - ogg with header variation

Hi there!

I've just encountered ogg files with a header variation. I'm not sure how to convert them to playable ogg: https://1fichier.com/?xf4ichu78u
Can somebody help with this? Thanks in advance!

Perhaps you can check vgmstream's latest update on foobar2000's "components" page.
