That one is a script I wrote many months (years?) ago, I just found it by searching the magic value (the first 4 bytes) of the sample you provided and it worked.
I can't help with the format of the extracted files.
If you think these gtf files are images then open a new topic in the Graphics section uploading one of these files (because here there is the risk that the topic will not be viewed by who has graphics skills).
