From what I gather from this format it's got a 52? byte header, and 4 bytes == a pixel, with the fourth byte being alpha enable/disable. There's also source code for reading and extracting to .bmp via Forza Studio here: http://codeescape.com/2012/05/forza-stu ... tion-tool/

I don't have the coding knowledge to write an importer, being a lowly web guy. I'd just like to be able to extract a texture, then re-inject it. A sample is attached

hm, to convert xds files try XTX program, only drop ur xds to xtx label http://dfiles.ru/files/2chap92yc

Thanks, but this can only do XDS-->>TGA. I want TGA-->>XDS
