Tales from the borderlands: decryption key

Hello. Did somebody find out a key, that correctly decrypt and encrypt lua scripts? On PC version lua scripts don't decrypt, but on Android and PS3 they correctly decrypt. Here's scripts of Tales from the borderlands.
