Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2(PC).pak

I want to change the voice lines of Venom in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, so I went to the sounds folder and I cannot wrap my brain around these .pak files. I want to be able to extract the audio from them and put it back in, or just create a brand new file with my custom sounds inside. Can someone help?

Sounds are in FSB format.
Delete first 7FF bytes in Hex Editor and then read this tutorial

I have no idea how to insert custom sounds,but i hope this is possible.
