The script posted in the 2 topics you linked works perfectly. The resulted file 818503 bytes and starts with the XE3U magic identifier.

There is a sort of format but it's not very clear and it may not work with other xe3u files (so upload them if you see errors), I have written an experimental script:

Does anyone know if it's possible to make any changes to the s3e archive without unpacking it?
pack zip does not help, the game does not accept the file, the file has the compression of lzma: 16 and I manage to pack it through 7zip for the game to accept it, they say that you can only collect having sources.
