That file is clearly encrypted, probably with AES in fact the last non-aligned bytes are in clear-text
I don't have the game so there is not much I can help.
I have moved the topic in the Game Archive section because it's necessary to decrypt it first, after that operation it should be just a text file easy to edit.

Hi guys, I'm trying to translate Syberia 3 but I cant decrypt the en.dat file located in Syberia3\Syberia3_Data\StreamingAssets\Enc
I'm not even sure that this is the file with the subtitles but there are other files that I think are for the language.
I added it to this post so if someone wanna help me can download the file without needing to download the entire game.
