how to mod game make by unreal engine?

check out this : http://imgur.com/a/Bp5ay . i have extracted a pak file from game make by unreal engine. how to import 2 folder to unreal engine for modding? if click on unreal project file, it can't run because it requires some file in 'engine' folder.

Unless the game supports modding, you can't, extracting the files like you did requires the original source content from the developers, what we have when a game is released is cooked content, which is striped content only the game/engine will undertand....

This is my knowledge of it, could be wrong and is what I've learn't trying to get PUBG loaded into UE4 and realize could only get Meshes, Textures, Animation and other little stuff like icons etc.....
