[Help Needed] .EPA file format (Taishou x Alice) -SOLVED-

Issue has been solved

This game uses an engine called 2XT - SEVEN WONDER Adventure Engine, which is presumably an in-house engine as I can't find any information about it outside Primula and its parent company's games. I was able to extract the .dat archives, but I'm stuck at this point because all the images are in an .epa file format that doesn't appear to be used anywhere but their engine.

Download below includes st02a1_m00z.def, a plain text file that defines the Image's anchorpoint, and st02a1_m00z.epa, the image itself.
