I suspect that they are models and not archives.
They have the same identical format of the bcha files extracted here:

It's an archive just uncompressed with everything stacked upon each other, I'd just like an easier way of extracting all of them. There are also more than just models in there.

That's very useful because now we know that the DAT file is a raw container without headers in it, so the BCH I saw in fs.dat is one of the many archived files.
Do you have other small files with a similar name to those you have uploaded? Like fs1.something_else
What I mean is that the information about the files archived in fs*.dat must be located in other files, without these information it's not possible to extract the data.

Can you make a script which can extract all models, textures, fonts, music and other files that are in that folder?
