Someone have the DXH Extract tool for Project Zero series?

Hi everyone, I don't know if this is thw right place, but, someone have the DHX Extract.exe tool for send to me, I've read in a site that this tool extract the img_bd.bin files in Project Zero series (PS2 versions), in the site there is a link for download, but its broken, I've searched in others sites, but I have no found it.
If someone have this tool, please post for me download here
