Repacking G1t file.

Hello all, I am very new to this forums and game extraction in general but was hoping someone could help me.

I was playing around with Atelier Sophie The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book for pc and unpacked the PACK00.pak file and got to a g1t file that I also got unpacked with HyoutaTools(Gust/g1t) now I want to edit the file and repack it. How do I go about repacking it?

I attached the g1t file and the extracted file I got from it. The g1t file is 8mb but when I extract it its only around 1mb does this mean anything? Sorry if these are all noob questions.
