Dragon Ball Fusions (*.jmdl)

I'm trying to find a way to convert these at least to OBJ's with UV's, as well as extract the textures. Can anyone help with this? It's important to a project of mine.

This will extract models, and split textures. You need some 3DS texture tool to convert them.
