Can some one tell me how to get the original name from the hash?

Re: Hash to Filename (Just cause3)
Now I understand how does one can get filename which is already known.
From the QueryHashList.exe,
From the HashName.exe,
As a results, 7368340F = terrain/jc3/patches/patch_09_26_01.streampatch.
But for unknown hash, there's no result.
For example, dlc_win64\bavarium_sea_heist\arc\Unpacked\game1\__Unknown\0CA3DCE0
0CA3DCE0 might be *.stringlookup file.
So I guess that 0CA3DCE0 = graphs/mission/mission_persist_boolean.stringlookup.
But the result is like this. It doesn't match.
