Hi,

I write bad in English, sorry.
I translated "The lost Files of Sherlock Holmes- The Case of the Serrated Scalpel" into French.
I do not know how to extract these two images to translate the word "EXIT":

I also have a problem with two words: "Large key and Rag".
If I translate one of these two words, the objects disappear from game.
