I was intending to try another way of extracting models and textures from this game, but it failed pretty badly. So, direct extracts are needed. This here is the main archive for the game.

Already exists a script on my website from long time
http://aluigi.org/bms/spy_vs_spy_ps2.bms
I tested it with your archive and works perfectly.

I really need to get the models and textures from this, it's important for my big project. Any chance we can get these .map archives figured out?

Oh, any idea what they are then? I'm having trouble identifying them...
