You have to provide a sample file.
In the meantime try the following script that worked with Re;Birth1:

Quickbms has a reimport feature that is a sort of "reinjection" and not a rebuilder/repackager, so it has some limitations.
All the info in section 3 of quickbms.txt:

I think you don't need to rebuild it, since the TXT file is big enough that if you translate the text inside it you'll still have enough space to reimport it the normal way.

I can translate from .cat . But with hex editor without changing the header. a very laborious work . If I do this when playing ps vita jumps translated the scene . (example notepad++)

Why don't you like the reimport mode of quickbms?
It makes everything easier, but if you prefer the hex editor way...

that's one of the purpose of quickbms, editing the files inside the big file without touching the header by exporting and then reimporting just the needed files to be modded.
I used to edit .cat files for onechanbara in the past and took me a year by manually hexediting. I just recently learn to use quickbms and it helps translating much easier and faster.
just try editing the first .txt file and use the reimport function of quick bms, so you could get the hang of it

Read section "3) Reimporting the extracted files" in quickbms.txt, it explains everything:
