Audio header IPMS

I need to convert WAV files to this format without extensión

Header IPMS with have códec PCM signed 16 bits little endian and 11025 sample rate.

I tried to find the IPMS format, with the sony sound forge, but without results.Not that type of extension is the audio

I replaced the raw audio, leaving the head, and it works, problem solved, you can close the post.
