There is a magic string "VPES 200" followed by 0x186ac bytes obfuscated and probably containing information about the archived data, I tried with a simple xor (d8 d4 d6 88 c4 da 88 f0) but didn't work.
Anyway it doesn't appear to be a classical "archive".
From offset 0x186b4 there data is not obfuscated and they are not file, they are just information.
With a hex editor it's more easy to understand what I mean.
