I have just updated the script to version 0.1.1 for improving the guessing of the fields (long story) but it's a fight that can't be win, anyway it works quite well with the file you provided and the percentage of corrupted files is probably low.

It's worked, but somehow it stopped when the extracted files hit 00000999. Is there anyway to increase the maximum extracted files?

That error means it reached the end of the file so it may be ok.
