Goldeneye 007 Wii .edb files

I tried to use aluigi's script for Spyro: a hero's tail twice to extract information from the .edb files, but it always gave the error

[myfseek] the offset 0xfdff0300 in the file 0 can't be reached.
Last script line before the error or that produced the error:
24 GoTo jump 0 SEEK_CUR

example files:
mt_severnaya_int.edb
mt_severnaya_ext.edb

The edb files all start with GEOM (47 45 4F 4D). There may be more edb files I have not extracted as I got an error message saying so when extracting the files from the filelist.000/bin. Thanks in advance for helping me with this.
