i searched here and xentax forum and i found tool but it already deleted

The tool that was linked on http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=10627 was referred to an "encrypted" coalesced_in.bin file but yours is NOT encrypted.
You can read clear-text unicode strings in it with a hex editor.
