i don't know what it is but this is the first submesh in the file

your sample is an uncompressed archive full of textures and models
you should try to get a bms script made to split everything from it

The filenames aren't helpful!
so my question is how is possible got file names of archives?

Unfortunately the format of the archive doesn't contain the original filenames.
