(Help) PSvita gxd weird normal textures

I'm trying to obtain some textures from Killzone mercenary (PSV), the specular and diffuse textures are ok (BC1) but some normal textures looks weird and I can't figure out the correct files.

here are some samples with custom header because the original files don't have.
