Dragon Ball Online

I need help open these .dff models of Dragon Ball Online in Blender or 3D max. Can someone help me?

You can open them with a software called zmodeler. If you find king veggeta kid (http://dragonballfanon.wikia.com/wiki/King_Vegeta_(DBU)) model and texture can you share it with me please? is the only one I have been looking for.

Hi
Here is a blend file to import meshes and bones.
How use:
1.install Blender249 and Python26
2.unpack importer and inside double click file "Blender249.blend".
3.in Blender Text Window press alt+p.
4.in little menu make 0-for meshes without bones position or 1-for meshes with bones position. click ok and than select *.dff file

script dosn't work for all models
