I was wondering if it's possible to extract the data from this binary file? I believe this (or a similar) file contains information regarding the games data, specifically the stats of all the cards and information of skills, most of which are all in Japanese. There are at least 40 other files that are named liked the file provided in the link below as well, and I believe this one doesn't contain user information. I don't believe this information is stored with all the graphics, but I can provide those files if necessary.

Both the filename and the content are encoded with base64, but the content is also encrypted (in case someone wants to work on it).
