Here is a cut from the main archives from NFS Carbon for Wii. The ZDIR.BIN holds the file table and there are ZZDATA0.BIN, ZZDATA1.BIN, ZZDATA2.BIN and ZZDATA3.BIN that hold the data. I cannot find correct file sizes inside the ZDIR.BIN.

Have you already tried this script?
http://aluigi.org/bms/nfsu_bun.bms
It can't work with partial cutted files so I can't confirm it.

Re: Need for Speed Carbon (Wii)
I was able to unpack sound/music(?) files from Most Wanted PS2.
I unpacked ZZDATA3.bin by ADPCM Player v1.44h, then converted SNG files from there into WAVs by VideoGameSoundConverter_2.0.
Inside archive are 32kHz audio files recognized as "Electronic Arts XA based 4-bit ADPCM". layout: "Electronic Arts Audio Blocks" metadata from "Electronic Arts XA R3".
In data2 and only few short files where found. data1/0 came out with nothing inside.
