i'm very curious if it's possible to extract from a megatextures.pages file directly by now.
i already asked a year ago over at xentax. seems to be as difficult as getting into Fort Knox.
but since knowledge and skill develops over time, maybe there's any method now to extract the texture file format.
i don't expect any miracle, just thought i try my luck.

PS. i hope such thread doesn't exist already - haven't found one that engage that specific term "extracting image file formats from megatextures" from The Evil Within.
