You can use this to unpack the pkg files.

Here is a list of the contents of the olk file. For the individual files like characters and stages models or textures you'd have to write a script or program to read them. Even though they are all labeled .bin, they are of different file types. I believe someone on xentax has already ripped the the models so if you're looking to do that, you could probably ask there.

the SC3 OLK Explorer was just updated, and now i have these types of files.

VMP - the model file
VXT - the texture file
MOT - the motion file
