Problem with Unreal Engine .XXX files

Hi there! I'm having a hard time extracting some xxx files from Bulletstorm (PS3 version): http://www9.zippyshare.com/v/VKf5T50s/file.html
I've tried extract.exe and umodel but both only give me errors.
Can somebody link me to a tool that works for there?
