Where you got that error?
There is not such error in my scripts, only one about "unknown FILE type" referred to files that are not archives and are not supported by the script.

Ah ok, so the problem is ww2ogg. Maybe you can try to contact hcs.
And check if you are using ww2ogg 0.21.
What's important is that the files extracted by the borderlands2 pck script start with a RIFX or RIFF header, that means they are correct.

Hi, First of all- thanx for the work you've done- it's Incredible!
But atm, I am stuck on having one problem- the files I reimport via quickbms Reimport.bat (with that bndl.bms script from Archive) give me the following message:
I managed to extract and view ok, though with 0.3.1 script!

If you used the same script with the same files and folders, it must work.
Try to use the latest version of quickbms, yours is not recent.

I forgot to add (but this is not related to the error you have at the moment) that the game uses chunked files and other things that makes it NOT valid for reimporting.
Maybe take a look at my old post viewtopic.php?p=803#p803
Honestly I remember absolutely nothing about this stuff.

I tried the same with 0.7.6a and the same result- I changed the files within the Archive after Unpacking it with 0.3.1 version of Script
Now, when I tried to recompile with shadow_of_mordor.bms , it gave an error
10 getdstring TYPE 4 MEMORY_FILE
But as I understood, I am to use the bndl.bms for Repacking? perhaps I confused the order

I guess you have to:
I can't help more so I hope someone else who successed in the modding operation can give you some suggestions
- do NOT use shadow_of_mordor.bms, use the zip provided here viewtopic.php?p=764#p764
- use unpack.bms to convert the embb archive in an emb archive
- this emb archive is the one you will use in the game instead of the original embb one
- use bndl.bms to extract the files from the emb archive
- edit the files you want to modify and delete the others just as written in section 3 of quickbms.txt
- reimport the files back to the emb archive with reimport.bat
- remember to (temporary) delete the original embb archive and run the game
