LEGO Fusion .ANDROID_PVRTC_TEX files

This format is the basic texture format for LEGO Fusion. I included all the torso textures.

Looks like a DDS, but it states the format to be "PTC1" which won't open in IrfanView or GIMP, and which I can't find any info on. Not sure what to do.
