Mortal Kombat X Localization "Integrity Problem"

Hi! I have a little problem with legal Mortal Kombat X.

I translated the Coalesced.ENG file with using these script:

Everything works fine if I run game with 3DM crack.

Always come out "Integrity Problem" if I enter the legal game with modified Coalesced.ENG.

I tried many method (same bayt size too). But nothing change. I think there is problem with I used repack script.

Because I extract original Coalesced.ENG and take a MD5, then without editing I repacked and again extract, MD5 mismatch if I check extracted files. This mismatch problem come out only first exracted original coalesced.Eng file.
