Regarding the bank files you can try my riff_parser.bms script but I don't think it's of any use because it's a generic RIFF dumper.
My suggestion is to use fsbext -o -1 that will scann them for FSB archives, in fact Common_UI.bank contains just a FSB5 file.

Thanks, i can find "ogg" files in the Bank file.
I have an encrypt pvr file, can you help me ? Can't see with PVRTextTool
