Supercar Challenge ".ARC" & ".MSF"

The main archive in ".AR" format is filled mainly with ".ARC" files, which I guess are archives too.
There are also some other probabily archives in ".MSF" format which I've attached.

MSF is known VAG audio format. Use vgmstudio.

Regarding ARC3 I had added support for it in the "Nascar 2013 ARC" script, now version 0.1.2:
