Chips0.bmb Unpack and get error. And all BMPs black background and nothing else

Now. All unpack. Image Viewer shows a black background. And the editors say that is not enough memory to load the image. Why is that?

That's caused by the negative X and Y used in the bitmap to avoid to flip the data.
Use another bitmap editor and it will work perfectly.

I tried all editors including Photoshop. without result. Can you will prompt a better use?

Yeah many editors have problems but Irfanview seems to open them correctly.
