Have trouble repacking an unpacked file for Avatar:The Game

Post by truccu8 »

Hello everyone, new to the forum and as incompetent as a person can be about the topic, I've been trying to enter the game files for quite a bit and eventually discovered QuickBMS, most likely my last (and only) hope of getting into the game after 12 years.
To my surprise, someone had already created a script to unpack files for this supposedly dead game (I mean, the script was created back when the game still had some relevance, otherwise there wouldn't be much meaning to it).
Anyways, I successfully use QuickBMS with the script already created on the forum (it should be called avatar.bms, pretty easy to find on the main list of scripts) and manage to unpack the files, clueless to how it works but excited as hell.
I change some files (mainly I tried swapping the name of some maps...my dumb idea for a first try would be to name some multiplayer maps as some singleplayer ones so that upon loading the game on a singleplayer map the game would get fooled into loading the one I want, as multiplayer maps can't be accessed since the servers have been shut down 9 years ago...I don't really expect it to work but it's better than not trying at all) and then I try to pack the files again through the reimport.bat file on QuickBMS, and no matter what I do I get this:

Last script line before the error or that produced the error:
40 clog MEMORY_FILE2 OFFSET 2 ZSIZE MAX_CHUNKSZ MEMORY_FILE

- OFFSET 0x00000004
- ZSIZE 0x00010000
- SIZE 0x00010000
coverage file 0 0% 1859322 1727038113 . offset 0000000c
coverage file -1 0% 16 1924847 . offset 001c5b26

I also tried using reimport_4gb_files.bat, reimport2.bat, reimport2_4gb_files.bat and reimport3_localizations.bat, but they brought me to the same error.
I'm a bit at a loss so here I am. Any help would be really appreciated.
