Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced about Chinese localization

Beamdog doesn't provide the built-in Chinese character library for Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced. After the update of ttf character library in 8193.21, the old chinese character library overrides are no longer effective. Is there any way to make the later version support the Chinese character library?

They said they wouldn't support official Chinese. I've emailed them before, but only received a perfunctory rejection
