Packzip zlib compress problem

Hi. I decompress SLUS_218.99 file with offzip and now now i have to compress 0034955a.dat file to SLUS_218.99 file.
I try packzip with -o -w -15, -o -w -8 commands but game crashed. Can anyone help me out how to use packzip?
