Yu-Gi-Oh! CROSS DUEL (MSDT File Signature)

Hi all, looking to decrypt text files for Yu-Gi-Oh! CROSS DUEL for Android, which uses a unique file signature (MSDT) compared to other YuGiOh games Duel Links and Master Duel (they use YDLZ which there is a bms script for).

Have tried using the quickbms encryption scanner and comtype scanner but nothing came of it. Any help would be much appreciated. Example file attached (extension changed to .txt to allow upload)
