Help: how to decode/decrypt game recording file (*.mhw) 梦幻西游 (xyq2)

Hi all,

I am a big fan of the xyq2 game which has a recording features between 2 teams of 5 players beating with one another.

They offers a website which documents all the game recordings in the big events.
For example, this one.
So for each game, they provide a video so that you can view it online, or a recoding file to download so that you can view it on your PC given that you've installed the game.

For my curiosity, I would like to decode/decrypt the game recoding file to see what's in it, because it is quite small (usually 10 - 200 Kb).
Intuitionally, I think it should be a file documenting each move of operation that the player has set, and then with this recording file we can use the video player of the game to replay all the actual movements to form the full video.

But sadly, when I open the game recording file with Notepad++ (see this in gdrive) , all I get is a piece of mess - maybe it is the file after decryption, or I decode it wrongly.

The only clue I can find is the Chinese characters, e.g. the names of the players, that appears in the video and also in the recording file. See the screen shot for the details.

So I am writing to ask if there is a way to decode the game recording file like this?
I will really appreciate it if you give me any hints.
