How to reimport a bigger file than the original?

Hello everyone,
I am trying to reimport a bigger file than the original. I see this is not possible directly. I see an old post where admin aluigi suggested other user to create own rebuilder and user created this and solved his problem. How to create own rebuilder? Please help me. I can't find the solution anywhere.
