Need some help trying to crack into 2013 Next Car Game files

So, to put out some background I am basically trying to preserve as much lost or unused content from the early days of Wreckfest as possible and after working with the non-encrypted versions I know that there is a lot of stuff hidden in the game files and I just need someone's help to break the encryption on the 2013 game files. I have posted a download to the 2013 game as the archive.org link seems to have been taken down. The file in question is 01__nextcargame__ (which is where the game textures and code is stored). It features no file header and can't be opened or decrypted with seemingly anything except QuickBMS which only extracts registry entries and none of the actual game textures. I am frankly unsure if it will ever be possible to decrypt this file as following Bugbear's acquisition by THQ none of the original developers are working on the game and THQ does not strike me as wanting to help preserve the work of their predecessors. If it is not possible than I fully understand and want to thank you in advance for your help.
