Is it possible? 3rd party tools?
I wanted to add Italian translation to "Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King" on Steam but found the game has a single 512+MB blob exe and no data files (???).
Is there some tool to explore, unpack and repack text string files for the Monogame format?
